Stroke Neurology Center

The Stroke Neurology Center specializes in the research and treatment of stroke, cardiac diseases and numbness and concentrates on diseases such as stroke, preceding symptoms of stroke, cardiac diseases, blood circulation disorders, arteriosclerosis, blood vessel disease, high blood pressure and low blood pressure.

Aftereffects are minimized through assertive in Internal Medicine of Korean medical treatment including herbal medicine and physiotherapy for each of the stages of treatment as well as acupuncture, moxibustion, cupping treatment, fumigation through specialized and systematic diagnosis of stroke with the most advanced equipment. We are providing sincere treatments with the goal of elevating the quality of life of patients and their families, and emphasizing diagnosis at early stage of and prevention of stroke through sufficient consultation and explanation on family history and other suspicious symptoms.

In addition, the specialists at our Stroke Neurology Center are the researchers at the Korea Institute of Oriental Medicine (KIOM). They are participating in and performing clinical researches on the ‘Fundamental research for standardization of demonstrative indices and scientification of Korean medicine for cerebrovascular diseases’ supported by the Ministry of Science and Technology, and are performing their treatments with pride on specialized treatment, prevention and management of stroke on the basis of their extensive research and clinical experiences.
